My iPhone won’t send pictures despite following the instructions to change the mms & mmsc details? I’m trying to send to an android phone which used to work

Settings >Messages and scroll sown to MMS Messaging. Make sure it is switched on.
If you are PAYG you will need extra credit as MMS are not included in unlimited texts.
Equally, if you have a spend cap on a contract, they will not send.

Alternatively, you can send pictures via WhatsApp.
