@Lou09

Settings >Messages and scroll sown to MMS Messaging. Make sure it is switched on.

If you are PAYG you will need extra credit as MMS are not included in unlimited texts.

Equally, if you have a spend cap on a contract, they will not send.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Lou09 See if this helps: How can I send a multimedia message (MMS) from the Apple iPhone? | The iPhone FAQ

Alternatively, you can send pictures via WhatsApp.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@Lou09

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Guide: Spend caps on O2
