Just purchased an Apple Watch I was pairing it with my iPhone did all the necessary updates and now my iPhone isn’t responding what is the problem and how do I resolve this issue

Try a soft reset.

Press volume up, then volume down, then hold the power button until you see the Apple logo on screen.
