I moved to iPhone 15 and ever since day 1 I’ve had nothing but trouble with signal and data not working and showing I have signal but won’t work is there a problem with these handsets

Not that I know of, first place to start is doing a network reset on the device, and checking all your settings..
What happens when you put your sim in a different phone, is it the same? As it could be worth a new sim which can be obtained by popping into an o2 store with Photo ID.
