I paid my monthly contract yesterday and have turned my phone on and off several times since but still my phone isn’t allowing me to make calls or send texts or use my data can anyone help?

Were you late paying your bill? If so it will take a couple of days to reconnect?

If your bill was paid on time a few other things to check.....

Firstly check your network status https://status.o2.co.uk/

If that's ok you need to check in your phone settings to see if you have the iData bolt on. If not, then O2 need to apply it for you
