Were you late paying your bill? If so it will take a couple of days to reconnect?
If your bill was paid on time a few other things to check.....
Firstly check your network status https://status.o2.co.uk/
If that's ok you need to check in your phone settings to see if you have the iData bolt on. If not, then O2 need to apply it for you
