Solved: iCloud backup has jammed my phone

Was using iCloud for first time yesterday. Doing a back-up process (photos and contacts mainly).

During process my phone jammed on the Apple Logo and blocked phone and I am unable to do anything with my phone. It is stuck on the logo.

I read instructions online to hold down the down-volume and the button on right at same time to unblock but this has not worked.

Then you need to contact Apple @ICB and ask to speak to a Guru or make a Genius bar reservation
