i cannot log into My 02 from the Ukraine

Hi...am in Ukraine for business and i cannot log into My 02 to view bill and add extras. I can access 02 with my phone number and they send me a text with a code, but thats about it, cant get anywhere else. appreciate any ideas?

I have never been able to login when abroad either.

Some may be able to, but not me.

Always been able to access myo2 from Gibraltar, Hawaii and The Philippines and Japan.

It might be worth trying using a VPN just in case the traffic is being blocked by the local ISP

Never had a problem in Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam or Cambodia
