huawei Portable hotspot

I bought a huawei portable hotspot and it only works with 3g on my o2 sim 4g will not work at all and it has 3 bars so how do i fix it? The wifi in settings says no internet when im on 4g

it works fine on 3g

model is huawei e5573b 4g
