trying to change the spend cap for one of the phones on my account but no options exist in myo2 on app or on the website and the chat bot will not route you through to a human o2 are the most incompetent and useless mobile network on earth and only by posting this in the community can i force a human to contact me

If it's not available in My O2 you are still on the old system
