If you mean, how can you receive the messages being sent to the sim card @DAVEMG then just put that in your phone (or a spare).

o2 won't send codes via email as it is even less secure than sending them as a text @DAVEMG

Put the sim card in a phone and they will come through ok.

How do you know O2 want to send you codes? There are a lot of Scams going round where people are sending OTP text and asking you to give it to them in an attempt to take over accounts.

Worth checking with O2 that these are genuine

They should be able to help you.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
