Hello 

should I be able to use my galaxy watch 4 for messages and calls if my phone is switched off?

No, the phone needs to be on even if not with you.

For the apps to continue working, as they don't need a connection to your phone, but calls and texts do.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
