how can i order a esim pack on line i can not find the page on my o2, i have been to a couple of O2 shops they are out of stock and tell me to go online and order it can anyone help and direct me to the page where i can order the pack

How can I get an O2 esim pack?

O2 4G or 5G esim packs are available for our Pay Monthly and Business customers. There are two ways of getting them:

• Pop into your local O2 store and ask for an O2 esim pack; or
• Contact us and ask for an O2 esim pack to be sent to you.

I called 202 and yes, an esim pack can be sent (1-3 days) But the line service is then suspended until the qr code is scanned and the customer completes the transfer...maybe 4 days - WTF?

Just pop to an o2 shop, and pick up an esim pack, and then you can do it at your convenience or there and then. .

No one knows why o2 do it this way. when posting out sim cards, I have a feeling it is to stop sim hijacking
