Hi

I’ve moved to sim only yesterday and opted for the eSIM. All was ok until I tried to make a call today and can’t. Can anyone help?
Thanks

Have you taken your plastic sim out @PJ7 ?

If so, you need to contact O2

@PJ7

It appears that O2 esims only fully activate if there's no other sim in the phone.

If the physical sim is on a different network it can be refitted after the esim has activated.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thank you for your speedy response. The existing sim is the same network and I’ve not changed phones, I’m using an iPhone. I think I may have to go into an o2 store!
thank you for your help
