I have a new eSIM. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to activate it and it says it can’t be activated and to contact O2 for assistance. I was on hold for 2 HOURS and 43 MINUTES today but didn’t get through!!!!
I have have no use of my phone now for 3 days. This is not acceptable.

Why did you need a new eSim @SerenaSykes ?
If you are changing phones, then you should be able to do a sim swap

If your phone was lost or stolen then did you report it as such? there may be some bars on your account preventing you from activating it, in which case you need to speak to o2.

Call at 8am or use social media.
