My i phone 12 which is recently new, suddenly turned of and won’t turn back on. I had someone lug it into a device and it only came up with error on two pcs. They believe it’s something to do with a update that happened and the software of my phone is broken? is there something you can help with this or should i take it into the store.
Hold the power button whilst connecting the charger and keep holding the power button.
It may take up to a minute but should power up.
If not, I'd speak to Apple https://www.apple.com/uk/retail/geniusbar/
