hello, i live in Buxton and the past few months the O2 coverage has not been consistent. I am not sure why my bill has gone up in cost when I have had an inconsistent data service from O2

Buxton has had a mast vandalised. I believe it requires a complete rebuild, if not moving.

Other operators use the main broadcast TX there. Re-routing backhaul could potentially be done in weeks/months depending what options there are.
A site re-build will be many months, there may be options for temporary sites but no guarantees.
