I would like to make a complaint about clacton O2 staff member 'fran' - who mislead me into a new contract - without telling me about the hidden charges, amounting to over £25 - which have just turned up on my
november bill - I am now going to close down my O2 accounts and go to 'talktalk' - if nobody is willing to do anything about this. Unless, anybody has any other ideas?
