I've needed to save some money,so trying to reduce all my outgoings.I've finished my airtime plan and got a cheap sim only from Lebara.Everything has gone smoothly from O2,i got all the codes i needed to port my number over to my new sim.Again this went smoothly,i got an email confirming it had been done. I put the new sim in my Pixel Pro8,re-started it,and it all seemed fine. I now find i can't access my phone,it won't accept the pin code i've used since i had it. I contacted Lebara and they've said it's nothing to do with the sim,it's down to the phone provider which is O2. What do i do now?

O2 don't control PIN codes on your phone.

If it's the screen lock then you can unlock via Google but it will erase your phone content and settings

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@John1963

Maybe a preset sim pin on the new sim?

Try 0000

Mine went smoothly, no issues, never heard of a pin for a sim.

No idea. The lock screen is not controlled by the network or the SIM.

I unlocked one of my old phones recently. No network, no WiFi it's purely a handset thing
