I recently changed my sim to one i ordered, i put £10 credit on received a 7gb data unlimited texts and calls bolt on as well as £10 free credit, i changed my number after wards now its saying that i have no credit and not bolt on

That's due to you changing your number. You can call O2 on 4445 and see if anything can be done to help you.
