i cant swipe up from the home scream to the contact app i cant find it..........neither any other app so whats the way from the beginning to get to all your apps.

You need to Read the Manual or Guide, as it will be a settings for the Start Screen.

You might be worth going to OppO support rather than an o2 shop.
