Hi, my phone appears to be broken, says no network access, been like it for days, can't make or receive calls or texts, tried all fixes but nothing works. When try to call 02 from different mobile it says it's sending a code to my phone which can't receive texts so cuts me off. Feel the only way i could speak to someone is to follow path of stolen phone but don't really want to do that, any other way of speaking to real person?
