Hi,
I'm making a call as i type to Citizens Advice but not getting through so 15 minutes in,do i need to start being concerned at the costs while still awaiting a CAB operative ?

Most pay monthly sims have free calls to 01, 02 and some 08 numbers.

Just to add : calls to 03 numbers are included in allowances
