Hello. Even though my unpaid bill was over, my phone, internet and calls were turned off. I can't answer my calls. I can't find answers to my messages. Could you please activate my phone? You're putting me in a very difficult situation. I do not contact any of my customers.

You will need to call customer services on 0344 809 0202 if you have a consumer contract (against the terms of the contract) or if a business contract then 0800 977 7337

As you didn't pay you put yourself in this position. It can take 48 hours to go through the system
If it's business it should be paid by direct debit. Missed payment will put you in a very difficult position in the future.
