Poor signal and Internet - Samsung S20 Ultra

I have recently moved from Virgin to O2. I now have a poor signal inside my house, i get one bar at best (some calls simply do not connect) and outside, internet around my local area is very poor.Do i need to check any settings as the coverage checke...

Still no signal (48 hours)

Your site is saying the fault has been repaired but there’s still no signal in postcode NN29 7BU after 48 hours. When will the fault be fixed? Cheers
