Signal issues since yesterday(8/6/2023)

Hello! I have been having issues with network signal, outgoing calls and mobile data since yesterday. At the time being it's been more than 24 h. Can someone help?

Clicked on Homeemail by mistake and all layouts on my phone have changed inuding loads of ads, plus messages comes up reset password. DONT WANT HOMEEMAIL. how can I change it back to how it was
