Clear chat history in my o2 app

Hi I’m new to o2 and had caused to use the chat/message function within the iOS app. having resolved the conversation I can’t seem to clear the history/chat. is this possible?

No signal for the last week

I live at TN3 9JA and I haven't had signal for the last week. On Friday a mast went down and required repairs. It has been repaired now and I still have no signal.
