When I renewed my contract in September part of the offer that enticed me was that I received 6 months free airtime on my contract yet I've been paying for it in both my last bill and now again in the bill that I've just received...why is this?

Good afternoon, i went to buy tickets for a concert & added my o2 rewards code. I didn't buy the tickets but now it says I have £0 of rewards??

Resolved! The data is on a daily cap. Yet i have uptp £17

I used up my data for the monthly 10 pound tariff before the end of the month. I have topped up for 15 pound tariff but i can onky use it when the months starts for the 10 pounds.My current data is capped at 2 pounds daily. What do i do please?
