i have not received my voucher code for the free galaxy buds pro 2 and i been told to contact Samsung Samsung dont have that promotion so whats going on

You get the code after 30 days which in theory could be anytime after 30 days, ie 40, 50, 60 etc.

Buy a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra or Samsung Galaxy S23 ("Qualifying Purchase") direct from O2 between 13 April 2023 until 10 May 2023 and claim one pair of free Galaxy Buds2 Pro (“Gift”) Gift value worth £219. Gift value based on price of Galaxy Buds2 Pro on the Samsung.com/UK website and correct as of 13 April 2023.

Customers who purchase the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra or Samsung Galaxy S23 ("Qualifying Purchase”) will receive an SMS containing a unique voucher code of that value of £219 after 30 days of purchase date. After voucher code received, add the Galaxy Buds2 Pro to your basket by selecting pay in full option. Within the basket paste your unique voucher code into the ‘Got a promo code?’ section for discount to be applied. Discount can only be applied to the cost of the Galaxy Buds2 Pro. Voucher code expires on 5 July 2023.

I have had a code but it doesn't work. I phoned 02 they were not helpful. They said they are in demand for the offer and it runs out on 5th July and there is a problem with their system so most people are not receiving them.

Seems to be a problem, my code doesn't work and I have spoken to o2 a couple of times.  O2 says problem with Samsung which has been escalated. I try everyday but now says code not valid.   Offer stops 5 July but operater says offer will still stand.   I wait with anticipation though.

I've also not received a code and the helpdesk claim they can't access the system to investigate or escalate etc. Has anyone actually received their code or buds? I took screenshots of the offer when purchasing because it looked like a scam and there is now no record of the offer anywhere on the O2 website...
