alcatel hotspot dongal

I purchased an Alcatel hotspot and data plan to help with network coverage when at an event for my events business. I promptly lost the paperwork and I can only get it to work when plugged in via USB to a laptop. Wifi asks for a password I don't know what this is. I've searched all over O2 for help and there is nothing. Where can I find instructions on how to use this device and how to reset the password. I've had this for 6 months paying £26a month can can't use it! Thanks

The wifi password will be on a label stuck to the device, usually under the battery.
