Hi

I signed up for £5 per month incl. of VAT so why is my bill showing £5.50. Please can you rectify?

below is the order details:

Item(s) ordered: 1 O2 Sim Only 10GB £5 £0.00
        2 Standard Delivery £0.00
        Order number: ms-324081198
VAT Included: £0.00
Total: £0.00

That is because you pay a pro rated first bill which includes a couple of days before your billing date, and then the £5 per month after that. 

 

You will need to call customer services on 0344 809 0202 or 202 from your o2 phone if it doesnt.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Your first bill is always a little higher as you are charged for the first few days until your billing date and then a month in hand

Your next bills will always be £5.00 per month at the agreed tariff
