I noticed when tracking my new upgrade that the address is slightly wrong, I spoke to a 02 advisor this afternoon who told me that they can't change the address until the day that it's due to be delivered! I have been told to contact 02 next Friday morning to change the address for my new iphone 12 pro max which I don't hold much hope for, All I wanted was a correction made on the delivery address

I hope so, I would expect the delivery address would need to be changed to the correct one before the delivery day and not on the actual day of delivery, Unless this can be resolved next week then I will have to cancel the order and purchase from another vendor

You'll be able to change the address in the DPD app once you have your tracking details.
That is normal for O2 to make corrections that way.

Hello, the same has just happened to me! I have the tracking number from DPD and delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. The address is wrong through and needs to be changed. Will I be able to change this tomorrow?
