Hi. Have any of you had a situation where when buying a new phone, the package was lost at the courier? Despite my reports to o2 and the courier company, they still have not solved the problem. DPD says the parcel is lost and o2 does nothing about it.

This is O2's responsibility to resolve, so you must persist with them.
