Hi all,

my device can connect in Wi-Fi extra on London Underground but I have to connect manually at each station which is frustrating and annoying.

Asked many times support from O2 but they just tell things that didn’t make sense or useless solutions.

also I can’t connect to Virgin Wi-Fi because I have never received the message to sign in my mobile to the network. Does someone have some advice to fix the issue?

also, I have a contract sim can I port my mobile to a different company before the end of the contract?

many thanks

Guide: Migration & porting into O2 is how to move from one to another telco, the other

Guide: Cancelling Your Contract also contains valuable info, @Dan39. If you are on Refresh tariff, you may have to settle the remaining Device Plan balance before you can cancel.

And VM's most recent pricing letter, if you are with them, contains info about retirement of Virgin out-of-home WiFi, and TfL is replacing their WiFi with new cellular service (discussed elsewhere on the Forum), so no loss there, either.

VM letter extract below:

Good luck!
