Hi @Sarahboo

All info here https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling

However you need to call O2 in the first instance to activate it on your account 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

Then via MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 You can activate it here...

Bit of a catch 22 really,  would love to call but O2 is not supporting phone functions at this time, astrological alignment you know, and I need to call to enable WIFI calling.

>>Thanks for your interest to help Dear Cleoriff

@Wm

If you want to contact O2 for anything, you can also use social media.

Message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

>>Thanks Cleoriff, I appreciate your answer.
How's this for a post on social media: Dear O2 on Facebook, Twitter, or instagram,  I would like to enable WIFI calling to compensate for weak cellular coverage. I'm currently reaching out to you by way of a third party platform to compensate for this communications conglomerate's  lacking any web based means of contacting technical support.
Does this adequately express the frustration? --Without using strong language I mean.

The links were given above in this thread but here you go

Message O2 on
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB
Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
