I have problems with receiving and making calls from home, which I have already reported to you. 
G4 is switched on according to you, but are not working at home. Also my phone tells me to go on your website in order to connect to Wifi calling. We followed the video instructions -no luck.
I have an IPhone iOS 16.7.2

Ask O2 to disable wifi calling and then reactivate it.

Known to fix similar issues.
