Hi,

I bought my phone SIM free in Thailand. I had WiFi calling there with local SIM but now I brought it to the UK it does not work. It is enabled but no SMS or calling possible.

Please tell me how to get this feature working with O2 SIM.

Thanks and regards,

Tom

@tom_toms

So you've had it enabled by O2 on your account and you have turned it on in your MyO2?

The problem, if any, will be the firmware of the device as it will be an Asian CSC.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I know how to turn it on. It is enabled in the settings but it doesn't work. Is the problem because its not O2 handset? How can I make it work, can O2 activate it, is it something to do with my SIM or account. I have note 20 ultra
