WiFi calling Samsung A13

Hi , does anyone know how to enable WIFI calling on Samsung A13?

If it is on PAYG you cant. 

If on Pay Monthly, you need to ask o2 to enable it call 202 or use social media Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
