I have tied to enable Wi-Fi calling on my apple iPhone 12 but keep being referred to the O2 website and the phone will not enable Wi-Fi calling. On my O2 it says that Wi-Fi calling and 4G are enabled. What do I have to do to enable Wi-Fi calling Please

@AndyH944 Contact customer service and ask them to enable WiFi calling on their end.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Customer service need to enable it on your account
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Just had a several trips to various o2 stores on this exact topic.
Having been told several times that it was switched on, it turns out that there are two wifi calling options - one for smartphones (android) and one for iPhones. Even though I had informed them that I had an iPhone right from the start it turns out the android option had been selected. When you next speak to someone ask them to check. I'm still waiting the 24hrs for it to work however...
Spoke to apple customer service also - they said it is very problematic with esims, not sure if you are running one or not but if this doesn't work then that's my next plan (moving to a physical sim)
