Hi, I have an iPhone 14. Wi-Fi calling is toggled off and when I try to toggle it on, a message tells me to contact you to turn it on.
when I’ve checked in the o2 app, it says that Wi-Fi calling is enabled on my account, but I am unable to use it because I cannot toggle it on in my phone settings.
The mobile signal in my house is appalling so I really need this to work.

Had a few of these where WiFi Calling is supposed to be on, but it's actually off. Usually, but not exclusively, ex Virgin.
We are all customers here so you will need to contact O2 via 202 or
Message O2 on
(Facebook) (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB)
X (Twitter) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or
Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) ,,
They should be able to help you.
If they come back with it's on, ask them to disable and the re-enable it

@kaosimian You need to contact customer service to have them enable WiFi calling on their end.
