WiFi Calling No Option? Huawei P30 Pro

Hi team,

I need to enable WiFi calling on my Huawei P30 Pro but I cannot see the option anywhere?

I've been into mobile data settings and also WiFi settings but the option that should be there isn't.

Please help 😁

Thanks for the response. That's just a guide on how to do it, it doesn't work for me. I don't have any option for it in the settings.

Huawei p30 pro is on the list though so what do i do? Call customer service?

Hi there,

Did you buy the phone direct from O2? Have you got the latest software on the phone?

You need to do it on a PC using the web version of My O2
