Hi,

I have a Samsung Galaxy A13 that appears to have no option to enable wifi calling.

My O2 account says it is enabled but I think the firmware may not be compatible.

This is surprising for such a 'new' phone.

Can somebody confirm to me that wi-fi calling is not available on this model of phone before i go and buy a replacement?

Thanks

Ruth

@RuthShaw

O2 need to enable wifi calling on your account first.

Makes no difference what your MyO2 says.

and yes, it will work with your phone.

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
