Hi. I have a problem with wi-fi calling. When I call out I can hear other people but they can't hear me. I can hear them say that I am cutting out. It's bad to the extent that even the most basic conversation isn't possible. From my end there is quite a lot of 'noise' on the line, but I can hear the people I am talking to clearly. It doesn't seem to happen when other people call me. Every now and again I will make a call that is perfectly clear, at a guess that is around 1 in 30 ish calls.
I have my mobile data turned off. I have turned my router on and off again. I don't have any apps open that I can see that are using Wi-Fi (I'm not sure that this is the issue though as I can hear them perfectly).
Any suggestions?

Any chance of trying it on another WiFi Connection to rule that out and narrow it down?

Also check if the setting is for WiFi or mobile preferred @OwenA

Speedtest is fine. There are no other issues with my connection. Streaming etc is all fine. I work part-time and I'm quite sick at the moment so I haven't had a chance to test it at work. It may be a while before I am able to (I also don't use my mobile much so I have to remember to do it). I will let get back to you when I have - but as I say it could be a while as I am quite unwell at the moment
