Wi-Fi Calling

I upgraded my phone a few months ago. my old phone would not allow me to make Wi-Fi calls no matter how many times I contacted o2 to look into this no one could fix the problem. I am now having the same problem with my new phone. Any suggestions how I can fix this problem?

O2 need to activate it on your account first, if not done so already.

Call them on any of these numbers Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Once that's done, you need to enable it in your MyO2  http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Yes, I have called and spoken to numerous CS agents and no one seems to know why this isn’t working.
