I haven’t changed anything about my £10 rolling plan, which I am happy with, yet I got a text this morning saying “O2: Just to let you know, we have cancelled your recurring payment for your £10 Rolling plan. Your current Rolling plan will end on 19/01/2024 and we will then move you onto our Standard Pay As You Go tariff. T&Cs http://v.o2.co.uk/Z8V0p2d8”
Why is my plan being cancelled? How can I fix it?

Been a few posts like this. Seems O2 have problems with payments to PAYG accounts
You will need to contact O2.
