I have changed to O2 from another provider on monthly payment.
The SIM cards have now arrived but have their own number which is not the same as the number i need to use even though i provided the PAC and details at the contract stage.
i cannot afford to change the number from my existing one so am dubious of inserting the new SIM cards until i understand how to activate and immediately change the numbers to my existing numbers.
Any help greatly appreciated

You need to get O2 to start the port in process now.

You need to contact O2.
