Hello everyone,

I wanted to bring an issue to your attention regarding the accessibility of our website, www.welldales.co.uk, specifically when accessed through mobile data. Some of our valued customers have reported being prompted to navigate through parental controls in order to access our website, which is quite unexpected considering our primary focus on seed sales.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide any insights or assistance in resolving the issue. Our customers' browsing experience is of utmost importance to us, and we want to ensure a seamless and hassle-free access to our website.

Thank you for your attention and support in addressing this matter promptly.

Best regards,

Ashley

@Welldales

This isnt customer services or o2,

I would suggest fixing the issues with your domain as it will be flagged as a problem

madasaf1sh_0-1687873377990.png

The ones that need to be fixed are DNS especially SOA and your Primary DNS

You will also need to contact spamhaus as you are listed...

madasaf1sh_1-1687873734132.png

The SpamHaus listing is the main reason you are been Parental Controlled, and something you will need to take up with your Web Host

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Thanks for flagging this @pgn and for the good info here @madasaf1sh

According to O2's Age restricted content and age verification page, you should contact 202 and let them know that your site has been mistakenly flagged @Welldales

Good luck with customer service fobbing you off!

You need to email : imescalations@o2.com  in order to get the website reclassified
