What's App on my new phone

Hi All,

I've just completed the sim swap to my new phone (Xperia Z3 compact to Xperia 10 lll).

I'm trying to use what's app in my new phone, but the "initialising" is taking some time, resulting in it telling me "unable to connect. Please try again later".

I've tried a few times now. Do I need to uninstall the app on my old phone to make it functional on my new phone? Will all that chat history come with the phone transfer or will I lose it all?

Keep rebooting the Phone once transferred across. Make sure you use Wifi, NOT mobile data.
