There appears to be an error when purchasing a new contract phone from the O2 website.
I have been trying this for two weeks, and when i reach the part of eligibility i receive an error, "there was an issue" and it requests me to try again but the issue remains.
Is this a known issue at O2?
Can this be investigated.
