I recently bought a new Iphone 12 & upgraded my sim to 5G. Since then my network signal is weak. It is only ever 2 or 3 bars. Before the change I had a very strong signal

@VinceA

At a guess you will be on the fringe of a 5g transmitter.

Set phone to 4g until your 5g signal improves.

Hi M15, many thanks for such a quick response & your suggestion.  I've switched back to 4g & switched the phone off/on again & still no improvement. I followed the O2 online guidance to no avail as well before I posted. Might have to call them if I get no improvement
