Wanting my phone unblocked

Hi, my phones been blocked so I've had to use a different number, and I can't use my phone at all, it won't let me into the 02 app too check my balances on the device to be able to arrange something of paying it off and getting it back on, is there any help you can give me as I'm desperately needing it back on.

You need to contact payment management
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is around 8.00am
